March 26, 2016, marked her 20 year anniversary in practice.   

During the months leading to this monumental date; she looked at various ways to celebrate.  She wanted to do something different that could serve her patients and give them more "hands-on" tools they could use at home.   But she also wanted to reach more people.  Online teaching was the way to go and she decided to create Natural Pain Relief Academy and  Natural Medicine Academy.

As a FREE public service, Dr. Mary  shares stories of health restoration and tips for healthy living on  Health Options Radio Podcast.  Dr. Mary created and hosted Health Options TV Show early in her career, and is excited to revive the program online as an audio podcast.
